sofia, the capital of bulgariais located in western bulgaria at the foot of the vitosha mountain. the iskar river flows through east sofia. there are 1.25 million inhabitants. most of the maffioso & politicians & judges/police are living in sofia and it is hardly possible to distinguish between them ;)- corruption today (aug 2011) is even higher since boyko borusov and tsvetan tsvetanov (gerb) decided to combat crime and corruption!
